Return Policy
Within 30 days of date of receipt, your product may be returned, in new condition, to Irish Crossroads with a receipt/invoice along with our return form. Items returned for a refund will be credited to the credit/debit account that you used to purchase your order. Items returned without a receipt will be credited with a store credit.
**Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged due to their specific nature.

Shipping
Most items on our website will typically ship in 4-7 business days. Some specialty items may take longer. You will be notified immediately if an item is out of stock. Some items may be drop shipped for faster service.
Return Policy for Tara's Diary Products
Standard 30 Day Return Policy
All of our charm bracelets and charm beads carry a 30 day return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return it to us and we will refund 100% of the money you spent on the item-shipping fees excluded. Please read all the details prior to ordering and/or returning an item.
Simply return the charm bracelets and/or charm beads to us, postage paid. Make sure the charm bracelets is and/or charm beads are unworn and undamaged. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way. This includes repairs or sizing done by other jewelers.
Include a copy of your email confirmation or packing slip with the charm bracelet(s) and/or Charm bead(s) and the following form: CLICK HERE FOR RETURN ORDER FORM. It is required that your include this form with your return.
Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- We will issue you one free size, exchange per order, per bracelet. Clothing items will be exchanged, too, based on availability.
- Any additional or subsequent exchanges will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- Bracelets exchanged for are a new size are non-returnable/non refundable.
- Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you with its original box. All our charm bracelets and/or charm bracelets are brand new and never worn. If the charm bracelets and/or charm beads are damaged, worn, scratched, bent or otherwise not in the condition as it was sent to you it will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- For refunds, we refunds, we will process your refund upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned item(s) – please allow 7 to 10 days to see credit issued to your credit card.
- Please note that we can only credit the credit used when the purchase was made. No checks or cash will be sent for the return of an item for refund.
- Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you with its original box. All our charm bracelets and/or charm beads are brand new and never worn. If the charm bracelets and/or charm beads are damaged, worn, scratched, bent or otherwise not in the condition as it was sent to you it will not be accepted.
